Each vendor would be placed in four (4) groups representing the four themes. Themes: Pumpkin Spice, Rustic Autumn, Boho Chic, Autumn Derby. You are to work within your group to design your table setting. You would be giving the vendors contact information 30 days prior to the event. You can use this time to collaborate and or discuss your vision. Every hour, photographers/ videographers would be assigned to each group. They would take the allotted photos/ videos of each table and model. Each vendor is expected to have their station setup and ready before the assigned timeframe. You are not mandated to stay next to your table throughout the day. Our team would be around to assist. Each vendor would be allowed to be photographed next to their station if desired. The station would be assigned to you after payment.
SET UP
All vendors are welcome to start setting up as early as 9am the day of the showdown (October 6th). This is mandatory for the first shift (station) but advised for the other stations/shifts. All vendors must be completely set up and ready by 12pm being that the other vendor’s would be ready to beginning. All event rental vendors, have access to a standard space. We advise your table to seat 6+. Also a friendly reminder that you are to represent the theme category that has been assigned to you on your contract. If you display any services different than detailed on your contract, you will first be asked to take the uncontracted service details down/remove, if not, you will be asked to vacate the property. We want to give each vendors the opportunity to display their talent. Also, keep in mind all display items need to be free-standing, nothing can touch/attach to the venue walls or cause any damage/residue/marks on the property. Please keep in mind that this is an outdoor event with access to indoor restrooms and recharge area. Once you are done setting up we ask that you park in the front parking area facing the venue.
