ALL PHOTOS ARE DELIVERED DIGITALLY. LOCATIONS MUST BE WITHIN A 5 MILE RADIUS OF EACH OTHER. ADDITIONAL CHARGES MAY APPLY FOR LONGER DISTANCES AND EXTRA TIME.

Terms and Conditions
OVERVIEW-
1. Reservation of the videographer/photographer services are guaranteed only upon receiving a 20% deposit.
2. The balance is due 10 days before the event date.
3. The videographer/ photographer reserves the right to use the video footage and or photos for promotional purposes.
4. In the event of a postponement or cancellation of this event, the deposit is non-refundable.
5. The videographer/photographer takes the utmost care are in the services offered. However, if for any reason, including mechanical failure, human error, or even by negligence by the videographer/photographer, the video/photos fails to fulfill the contract agreement, liability to maximum will be a refund of the deposit only.
6. The video/photos will be completed between 1-5 months after the event date.
MODEL RELEASE
For Consideration received and by signing this release, I irrevocably grant to the Artist the right to license and use the Content in any manner, form or medium, for any and all use whatsoever (except pornographic or illegal), which may include art, advertising, promotion, marketing and packaging for any product or service. I agree that: the Content may be used in combination with other images and may be modified;
I have no rights to inspect or approve the Content or the use to
which the Content may be applied;
I have no further right to additional Consideration and will not
make claims associated to the Content, for any reason, to the
Artist. I agree that my personal information will not be made publicly available but may only be used in connection to licensing the Content where necessary (e.g., to defend claims and protect legal rights), and may be retained as long as necessary to fulfill this purpose, including by being
shared with sub-licensees and assignees of the Artist and transferred to countries with differing data protection and privacy laws where it may be stored, accessed and used.
I release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless the Artist and her licensees, sub-licensees, successors, and assigns (“Released Parties”) from any liability arising out of or in connection with the use of the Content, including any and all claims for defamation or invasion of privacy or publicity. I acknowledge that the Released Parties are not responsible or liable for any unauthorized use or piracy of the Content.
I represent and warrant that I am at least 18 years of age and have the full legal capacity to execute this release on my own behalf, or on the behalf of a minor as their parent or legal guardian. I acknowledge and agree that this release is binding upon my heirs and assigns.
Definitions
"Artist " means any person or S&S Studios LLC. photographing, filming, or recording Content by any means during the recording session, including Artist’s licensees, successors, and assigns.
"Consideration" means something of value I received in
exchange for the rights granted in this release.
"Content " means still or motion photographs or films,
illustration, animation, audio, or other recordings taken of me,
including my appearance, likeness, and voice during the
recording session.
THIS AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES IS HEREBY ENTERED INTO BY AND BETWEEN S&S STUDIOS LLC AND YOU THE CLIENT(S). (HEREINAFTER REFERRED & REFERENCED AS "CLIENT")
DISCLAIMER-
1. THE CLIENT SHALL REIMBURSE S&S STUDIOS PHOTOGRAPHER FOR ANY ADDITIONAL COST S&S STUDIOS MAY INCUR FOR TRAVEL, MEALS, PARKING, AND OTHER REASONABLE COST NECESSARY TO THE PERFORMANCE OF THESE SERVICES.
2. THIS CONTRACT IS FOR THE PHOTOGRAPHIC (VIDEOGRAPHY IF APPLICABLE) SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY S&S STUDIOS FOR THE EVENT LISTED ABOVE BY CLIENT. COVERAGE IS SCHEDULED FOR A MINIMUM OF A 8HR BLOCK TIME UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED ABOVE.
3. S&S STUDIOS WILL RESERVE THE TIME AND DATE AGREED UPON, AND WILL NOT MAKE OTHER RESERVATIONS FOR THAT TIME AND DATE. FOR THIS REASON THE 20% DEPOSIT IS NON- REFUNDABLE, EVEN IF THE CLIENT CANCELS OR CHANGES THE PACKAGE OR EVENT, INCLUDING ACTS OF GOD, FIRE, STRIKE AND OR EXTREME WEATHER. IF THE PHOTOGRAPHER FAILS TO APPEAR AT THE PLACE AT TIME SPECIFIED ABOVE, THE DEPOSIT SHALL BE FULLY REFUNDED TO THE CLIENT.
4. THE CLIENT SHALL ASSIST AND COOPERATE WITH THE PHOTOGRAPHER IN OBTAINING THE DESIRED PHOTOGRAPHS,VIDEOS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SPECIFYING PERSONS AND OR SCENES TO BE CAPTURED; TAKING TIME TO POSE FOR PHOTOGRAPHS AT THE PHOTOGRAPHER'S DIRECTION; PRE-SHOOT CONSULTATIONS, ETC. THE PHOTOGRAPHER SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PHOTOGRAPHS NOT TAKEN AS A RESULT OF THE CLIENT'S FAILURE TO PROVIDE REASONABLE ASSISTANCE OR COOPERATION.
5. PHOTOGRAPHS SHALL BE AVAILABLE TO THE CLIENT DIGITALLY UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED UPON. PLEASE LIST ABOVE.CLIENT HAS UNLIMITED BUT NON-EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS TO USE OR REPRODUCE THE PHOTOGRAPHS/ VIDEO AND MAY PRINT OR USE THEM IN ANY WAY THEY SEE FIT.
6. THE BALANCE OF THE EVENT IS TO BE PAID IN FULL, TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO THE DAY OF THE EVENT. PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOGRAPHY WILL NOT COMMENCE BEFORE THE INVOICE IS PAID IN FULL. UPON FINAL PAYMENT, CLIENT MUST FINALIZE WITH S&S STUDIOS THE SCHEDULE OF, HOURS, LOCATION(S) AND (IF DESIRED)AN EVENT GUIDE. THE CLIENT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DESIGNATING AN EVENT GUIDE.
7. S&S STUDIOS RETAINS COPYRIGHT IN THE PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEO AND HEREBY GRANTS THE CLIENT UNLIMITED BUT NONEXCLUSIVE RIGHTS TO USE OR REPRODUCE THE PHOTOGRAPHS/ VIDEO FOR WHICH THE CLIENT PAYS.
THE CLIENT HEREBY AGREES TO ENGAGE THE CONTRACTOR ON THE DATE AND TIME STATED ABOVE. The Term of this agreement ( the"TERM") will begin on the date of this agreement and will subject to earlier termination as provided in this agreement. The Term may be extended with the written consent of The Clients Clinics and your the TERM OF AGREEMENT
The term of this Agreement (the "Term") will begin on the date of this Agreement and will remain in full force and effect until the completion of the Services, subject to earlier termination as provided in this Agreement. The Term may be extended with the written consent of the Parties.
PERFORMANCE
The Parties agree to do everything necessary to ensure that the terms of this Agreement take effect.
CURRENCY
Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, all monetary amounts referred to in this Agreement are in USD (US Dollars).

PHOTO RETOUCHING/ REVISION
S&S STUDIOS PROVIDES FREE BASIC REVISION ON 10 PHOTOS. ALL OTHER REVISIONS RANGES FROM $5 TO $55 PER PHOTO. PLEASE REFER TO PRICE PER PHTOT BELOW.
Basic Photo Retouching - $5 PER PHOTO - Basic changes of the color and toning, light portrait editing (nose, eyes, hair, cheeks, etc.), image cropping.
Pro Photo Retouching - $10 PER PHOTO - Colors brightening, beauty portrait fixing up, figure & face reshaping, improving the background, adding HDR effects.
High End Photo Retouching -$15 PER PHOTO - Colors brightening, beauty portrait fixing up, figure & face reshaping, improving a back ground, adding HDR effects supplement.
Extra Photo Retouching - $20 PER PHOTO - Artistic image post processing, experiences back ground manipulations, natural head swap if it’s needed, deep color compensation & shadows adjustment.
Photo Manipulation & Restoration - $30 -$55 PER PHOTO - The charge for this service starts from $30 and depends on the task you have for our retouchers.
